Although not as disappointing as last night, the Flyers put forth yet another pathetic effort. For a team that is in the midst of a playoff race they are playing as if they have been out of the race for a month. No passion. I could even say, no effort. To lose at home again at this stage of the season is unacceptable. At this point I wonder if the return of Mike Richards will do anything. I thought with them having 4 former captains on this team they would never be susceptible to lapses in emotion and effort. At this point, I would seriously consider sitting a few of these players regardless of their salaries and remind them that they are professional hockey players, not beer leaguers. They couldn't beat the Leafs even with Sundin leavingin the 1st period with an injury.
Flyers get goals by Carter and (at this time) Timonen.
They have to play Lasse Kukkonen.
Air hockey, foosball, and bubble hockey games for sale.
A game by game wrap up of the Philadelphia Flyers as they march towards the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Thoughts about the team, players, and news will also be included on non game days.
